You may have heard some bad info. I heard that corporate wants to get rid of the customer support and create a “customer connections” role or something, where a designated person goes out in the cafe and literally talks to customers and makes “connections”.

My old tarbucks didn't follow many rules of corporate though so I believe it but it's possible.

Part of me is just angry at the way target treated me. I was always berated for something... Accidentally left earrings in... My hair wasn't in a bun... I didn't ignore customers and do tasks instead when I was working alone...
