The main mistake here is that long shots cannot be ristretto. This person has paid several up charges to get this drink and that’s very important to remember. This is not a shit customer. They likely want the powders blended into the foam and are picturing caramel drizzle and they want it to look like a macchiato hence the upside down. Most customers don’t speak italian. I really think I could be handed that sticker during a rush and produce something I’m proud of. I don’t care about the customer but I care about my work and it’s a chance to make something cool even if the person is shitty because when I saw the whip part I was like *okay smile drops, head dips, stared, contempt ensues* but hey gotta show em mah art
