Newbie, if you want to stand out, go on the hub and learn how to do your job better than everyone else, and look alll over them Starbucks blogs and Reddit’s and see which of the rules is bullshit what behavior is intolerable and what has been found to be excellent. PoQ doesn’t lead anywhere being a strong barista and sufficiently professional gets you there. PoQ is whoever stood out lately not who’s getting places. That said, being cheerful and efficient about floors and ovens doing your job without getting in others ways, good team work, anticipation of needs helps but don’t ever abandon standard to stand out. Do the dirty quick and well and quiet and have high customer connection and don’t let your moods control your attitude so much that you glare at your coworkers or don’t take feedback well. Strive to create the environment we promise to our customers and to our coworkers because every Starbucks needs help getting there. If you are making your Starbucks a better place to be without losing your work life balance or being the store slave if you have enough energy to contribute more than you should because it’s your lifestyle then it’s coming toward you. If not, just so your job and be yourself the pays the same and the popularity game aint pretty

Just be yourself! Love your job, always help others who are in need! I've won two times, but only one counted because you can't win in the same term. But I'm so happy the person that won next to me, because they are amazing and once again—they are just themselves and help in any way they can.
