Already gave away a free drink.

Client came in. Or guest or customer. Explained the Starbucks down the street fucked up her drink. Asked if we could remake it. No manager was there. I explained: "I feel like Starbucks has an image to uphold so let's remake that drink correctly."

She was happy. I don't care if I get fired. Pretty sure the most expensive part is the printed cup and labor.
