We have one too. The drink is ALWAYS wrong, yet wont let us remake it or tell is how it could be made better for her. And comes in daily. Its a super simple iced latte with pumps. Cant really fuck it it up🤷‍♀️

I’ve learned that people like that have deeper things going on in life. Obviously, if your drink wasn’t made right so many times you could go somewhere else, but they keep coming back... why? Because they have no control of their own life. They probably get shit on constantly in their daily life and have no one to take it out on except the “worst barista ever” Don’t take it personally, keep your skin thick, otherwise, those types of customers will eat your soul
