Hello. I came to a store with nitro coming from a store not having it. Our nitro, I’m not going to lie breaks down seriously at least once a hour. We keep it turned off on mobile because we cant guarantee it will be working by the time they get there. We have called it in so many times and we are a brand new store, just built and they are saying there is nothing they can do. People order at the speaker box a nitro and when we attempt to make it and they get to the window we have to say it’s not working. They said the nitro machine was built in and they can’t help us fix it. Is it possibly it’s something we are doing? It just stops pulling randomly. We have like 1-2 partners who can mess around and fix it 50 percent of the time but most the time it just stops working and starts working a few hours again by itself. So annoying. Any suggestions?!?!?
