I feel this. Yesterday it was just myself and a shift with 2 green beans when happy hour started. Traumatic af. Didn’t love it.

As someone who is more experienced(did not say better) I like putting myself into drive bar and have them be DTO and dtr so I can help them both if they need help. Its practice and easier to put them into roles where they might be more successful

I think that’s a great idea honestly. I work at a mall store so we don’t have DT, but I’ve helped out at a DT store in the past.
