hi! here’s a complete list of all the drinks leaving the menu for anyone unaware
-Cascara latte
-Cinnamon almond milk latte
-Coconut milk mocha macchiato
-Cordusio
-Hazelnut mocha coconut milk macchiato
-Iced cappuccino with cold foam
-Latte macchiato
-Snickerdoodle hot chocolate
-Vanilla bean coconut milk latte
Originally the doubleshot was going to leave too but they decided against it thankfully ☺️

I have a regular who gets a venti iced cascara latte with cascara cold foam (I think she invented this modification?)....she is single handedly going through our Cascara bottles lmao.

Sad about to coconut milk mocha macchiato because that was my fave now it’s going to be like a 7-8 dollar drink for customers. The company might be getting a little greedy. I do think they need to allow the mills to be all evenly priced but that’s just my stance.

Yes I agree about the milks. Is the box of coconut really that expensive? I know they price jack but $0.70?? That's a lot to use a different milk...

So glad the double shot is staying. But really wish they would make it consistently correct. It is wrong at least 50% of the time. I modify with SF Vanilla and Coconut milk instead of classic and 2% and unless i mobile order, I get charged for the milk and the rest of the time it i often just 2 shots, or everything is shaken or there is so much milk it could be a latte.

It's unfortunately not trained very well. It's got a confusing name to a new person, and is juuuuust barely not ordered enough that someone may not learn it/internalize the measurements for a while.
It's one of my favorite drinks to make though, the fun of foamy matcha without the hassle of breathing powder/rinsing goo 🥰

So does that mean if I order the CMM, baristas won’t know what it is/how to make it? Should I just order it deconstructed from now on? (I.e.. grande iced 1 pump WM, coconut milk, etc)

We will no longer be teaching green beans to make it but if you order it someone may be nice enough to make it for you, if they remember how. Otherwise, yes you will need to order it as a deconstructed macchiato.

But it's not making our job easier. People still order these drinks and they aren't hard to make. Getting rid of the buttons and making us type things in with their "handy substitute menu" page they gave us makes the drinks come out really expensive and they take extra time to punch in. Then I gotta explain the drink to the customers sometimes and they get confused. What would have helped us the most was keeping this stuff and just stop coming up with crazy confusing drinks.
