Just snap a pic if you’re worried. Sharing them is a no-no (although I doubt you’d ever get in trouble for sharing it between baristas) but having a pic of it just on your phone for yourself shouldn’t be much of a problem. I did it with the clouds as I always forgot them and glanced at them on occasion outside of work as a quick refresh.
