My store doesn’t have policies on trenta cups 🤷🏼♂️ I mean obviously we don’t put espresso or frapps in them, but other than that nothing.

Well my store is in texas, and it gets really hot here so we do let people get big ice waters regardless of size, but if you had been told previously not to do so then you did exactly what you were supposed to do.

It gets warm in California as well but that's why I was told not to give them about because we run out very quickly bc the cups get wasted on waters
