On my third day post-training, a customer ordered a venti whole milk iced latte. Since it was pretty busy, I accidentally made the mistake of pouring 2% in the cup. Like any barista would do, I took a new cup and remade the drink. However, since my store prints out stickers, I had the sticker on the previous cup and wasn’t able to transfer it over. Nevertheless, I called out the name and the order and when the customer got his drink, he looked at it, looked for the sticker, asked if it was made with whole milk, I said yes, he looked at it again, and goes, “It’s too dark.”

Seriously?
