Anybody else sick of your OTW times going from 36 to 1:06 because someone doesn’t know how a drive thru works? (i.redd.it)

They need to make some of our fonts more readable

As a former barista, I get this. As a customer, the menu is directly next to the speaker for a reason. Sometimes people want to change it up, but need a moment to decide.

Someone ordered on mobile today and pulled through exactly two minutes later. 6 drinks. 4 with long shots. All super customized. At peak. It was over. Lol.

If you ever have a barista you despise, just order a few quad long shot lattes at peak. That’ll get a message across.

“Sorry Goku, here’s the PCard to run to Target to get a different shirt. Manufacture’s logo is too big...”
VeLEAciraptor 1 points 3y ago
Goku: "but I always wear this"
Manager: "well then I'll have to give you a write up for being out of uniform"

Is there a negative repercussion for not having low drive thru times? Coming from a cafe only partner.

Our DM really cares about Order times. Realistically, what should matter most is window times.
