You can make it to 10 if you use your apron as a basket. Or once I took out 12 by using a dishwashing tray

I get 7 by cradling 2 in one arm, 2 in each hand and one under the other arm. Use the second arm to support the second milk jug in the first arm, essentially hugging the milks for transport.

Same! I hold two in my hands, then grab one between each forearm and my bod. I refuse to carry em all in my apron, I’ve seen it jack up people’s necks

That’s why the US needs to adopt bagged milk, you can carry so much milk without breaking your hands on plastic. My record is 4 bags each hand (4L/bag) Honestly surprised I haven’t broken one of the bags.

For like a month my store started getting gallons of milk in these weird really tall milk jugs, hated them at first just because they looked so odd but soon realized they had a WAY skinnier handle than regular jugs and I could carry 6-8 at a time no problem.
