Omg, yes! I was covering another store Tuesday night and this one lady was talking all kinds of shit because she passed the damn order screen and I couldn’t hear her.

Yuppers. I got a corporate complaint filed against me for "discriminating against her" by asking her to pull to the window, because she refused to speak louder than a slight whisper. Some people just can't be helped.
