Online schedules don't always work. Mine worked for a few weeks and then I haven't been able to sign in again. Even the app we now have doesn't always work, as its given me wrong times for days I'm working. Best bet is to take a picture of your printed schedule in store, or talk to the shift or manager if available about your schedule.
