I just transferred to this location and I guess they typically just have a two floor during peak.

My store hit a 113 the other day. That was with 11 partners on the floor tho.

I work at a cafe store that is unreasonably busy. Most stores in the district pull in close to that, we pull in about 100+ customers every hour/roughly 250-300 drinks

My first store was a cafe and we hit a 53 and I remember feeling so accomplished because I only had one partner with me and a barista in training. Now in a drive thru we hit that and it’s nothing but I have 6 other partners with me lol it really is difficult at a cafe. Good job!

Doing 42 transactions in a half hour with 3 people is super impressive...and must have been insanely stressful! WTG team!

Do you know how labor is earned? It would’ve taken 3 consecutive half hour periods of 30+ transactions to earn a fourth partner. If that 26 was a 30 you’d have a fourth. I have worked a cafe and seen 28 39 46 52 35 and only had 3 partners. It’s the reality of scheduling and labor. Now do I think if I had an additional partner on front processing transactions we could have earned that fourth? Totally.

Our store sees similar numbers of customers and I've noticed we've recently downgraded to having three people on the floor.

We did a 51 yesterday morning in my cafe. 3 person floor.
