how do i go about transferring… (self.starbucksbaristas)

howdy, friends. so i’ve been working at my location for about 6 months or so now and the manager there is the worst person i’ve and the displeasure of working with. i know if i ask her about it she’s gonna be pissy and take as long as humanely possible to get it done (she did it with the last person that transferred). so, my question is: am i able to call other stores and ask about transferring BEFORE i talk to my manager about it? because she’s going to take at least 3 months to get it done and for my sanity i don’t think i can wait that long

Go directly above her, talk to your GM and tell her what's been going on and that she's has a bias against you for some reason and you don't feel welcomed at your current store. Tell her that you wanted to talk directly to her because you don't feel comfortable talking to your sm
