Extremely flexible

You have to give 150% availability for the 100% hours you want. So I want to work 20 hours, I have to give 30 hours availability. The manager works out my schedule within those hours (for me usually 25/week) and within my available hours. I am always off by a certain time to get to my other job.

Every monday they upload the schedule. It is for week that is three Mondays away.

They are "strict" shifts. You know the exact hours you come in. For the most part tho, you dont get the same shifts every week even if ur availability doesnt change.

I havent had the same schedule every week ever. For example my availability is before 1PM rn. Last week I worked monday 5-1 tuesday 5-9 and thursday 7-1.

this upcoming week i work monday 7-1 tuesday 5-1 and friday 9-1.

Hope this helps. Basically you cant ask to leave an hour early if ur scheduled to work 5-10 or something.
