Hi all. Back to work at Starbucks in the local university. Starting my 3rd year. Would like to know the ice coffee recipe. Of course brew the coffee and then how much ice do you add? Thanks(self.starbucksbaristas)

Depending on if it’s going into pitchers or a Curtis I was told you brew the package on half batch into one pitcher then split it in half to make two pitchers and just add ice to the top. When brewing a batch for Curtis I was told to do 9 venti scoops of ice for each package I brew on half batch setting. 🤷🏻♀️

Good luck! It’s usually the first thing we brew and we do two batches because all of us openers have it just happen to have it as our first drink so we can have it to sip on between other tasks. 😂

So we do 6 venti scoops of ice per bag

At my store we were taught 5 scoops

You could be right and I literally have no idea how to check lol You think with how special it is for all the stores to be the exact same they’d spend a little time making sure things like recipes for something as simple as iced coffee was written down.

Thanks. That sounds right.

It’s technically half ice half coffee. So a 2L pitcher filled to the 1L mark with coffee and to the top with ice.

Thanks for taking the time to answer me. That’s easy enough lol.

2 liter pitchers, (for 9oz bags of iced coffee) get filled to one liter each w coffee and then ice to the top of 2L
