One of my biggest pet peeves working at sbux is when someone gets hot coffee and asks for room (and I put about an inch of room) and when I hand them their drink the customer proceeds to go over to put half and half in it and pours the HOT coffee into the PLASTIC trash bag, because I didn’t put enough room in the drink. 🙄🙄

I think it’s worse when you ask if they want room, they say no and then proceed to dump it in the trash! Like! I.just.asked.

there's no repercussion for them to do so.
sometimes education(/embarrassment at doing something stupid) is all it takes to change them.
