This is going on too long,I don’t like the feeling of a baristas/co-work having a crush on me.I’m about get married which everything putting more pressure on me Its even hard that I’m trying get Manager position but he don’t want listen.Which messing everything up...

if he wont leave you alone report him. He should have to deal with moving id its necessary not you.
But if youd rather just transfer just fucking do it. Nothing stopping you but yourself. People have transferred for far less
