My goodness guys. I'm loving Starbucks, but my feet are killing me. I have high arches and I tend to carry my weight in my heels (so POS and DTO/R tends to kill me). I got new shoes (Nike) and even got inserts specifically for high arches but my feet still hurt a ton by the end of a shift. It's so bad that sometimes waking up in the morning, it feels like someone is stabbing my feet for the first 5-10 minutes walking around. I think at times, it also affects my back/knees.
I'm not trying to sound dramatic- I don't complain and I suck it up and take advil. But I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has any suggestions?? I don't want to kill my liver. Lol

Buy Dansko or Kloggs. Nurses wear them. Good for your feet 🦶

Do you know a brand that carries size 3? I tried looking online, but I only see adult sizes.

Birkenstock’s size 34 is what you want. Look at theirs shoes. Not sandals.

That sounds like plantar fasciitis. Try carrying a tennis ball around with you and rolling your arches when you get a chance (during your breaks, at home, etc.). Also, try walking on your toes for 10 paces, then on your heals for 10 paces, x3, a few times a day.

It can take a while to resolve but that’s how I got rid of mine. If that doesn’t work, they sell special socks that you wear at night that can help, too. They basically keep your foot stretched in a particular way while you sleep.

Ooohhhh damn okay! Thanks for the heads up! I'll definotely try this. My last job had me sitting in a corner for hours. Haha I was just hoping it would get better but I've passed the two month mark and it's not any better. Haha
So Thanks for your suggestion! I've been wondering how my coworkers wear Vans and shoes like that.
