I get starbucks once a week (outside of working lol) and it’s not at my own location. I recently went and ordered an almond milk latte and as soon as i drank it i could tell it wasn’t almond milk; i am lactose intolerant and try to err towards veganism so my tummy is Mad. but i really didn’t want to be the “uhmmmm is this made with almond milk?” girl y’know?
how do you deal with it when your order gets messed up? i didn’t wanna make anyone upset or make accusations because i know it can suck but like,,,,,my tummy

Honestly? I would've just been like "yo this isnt what I asked for"
In my experience (at my store could be different elsewhere) it's not a matter of having to have the drink remade. No one cares, that takes like 30 seconds. It's how you ask.
Like, dont be rude, but clearly state that it is important that you get almond milk.

Yeah :) customers always try to explain their problems to me. Like oh I ordered a frappe but didn’t know it had coffee in it and it’s for my kid and blah blah blah
I don’t really care. Just tell me you think there was a mistake and what I can do to make it better and I’ll just do it. Nbd have a good day.
