I was working window and asked “how’s your day going so far?” And she just stared at me and rolled up the car window

Told me I was a "fucking bitch" for not letting her use the washroom and threatened to call the police on us. We don't have a washroom, I told her this repeatedly.

Pulled a pocket knife on me cause I caught him stealing one of the Teavana teas

Yesterday this woman yelled at me because apparently she spent her entire lunch break in our drive thru

Today I was on bar and some lady came up to me and shoved her venti coffee in my hand and said, “The lid wasn’t on right and I just burned myself” while she burned me with her sloshing open coffee. Then she made me pour it out slowly in front of her and add cold milk and then made me pour out more of it....

I put up with it because I was racking my brain trying to remember her face and thought I was the one who had not put the lid on right and I’m just trying to apologize and do what she says.

Only afterwards did I realize it was a drip coffee. I mean I’m still sorry she burned herself. But even if it had been me, we weren’t intentionally trying to cause you harm.

Also if you wanted that much milk in it then why didn’t you put milk in it before you drank it? --idk man—

The dude who threw his hot coffee inside the drive window at me and burned my leg. The woman who berated me in our dt and called me “the mean, nasty, worst worker” because I didn’t want to hand something out to her pets mouth and said, “no thank you, that makes me uncomfortable”. The woman who yelled at my shift on the phone because she could tell her no ice drink had ice added, then scooped out??? and apparently even though the amount of drink was right it made it inedible.

Mine was a lady on her phone waiting for her frap. And I was putting the whip on and it came out all sloppy from it sitting out so I scraped it off to put more on (shake the whip, make it perfect,ect., I was on cafe bar.) as I’m scraping the whip off and set the cup back down and grab the whip she calls me over and asked if that was hers and why I took the whip off..... as I was just about to redo it... majority of my partners were stunned as well..
