I was a store partner from 1998-2005 when I was hired at what was then called customer relations (later Starbucks card and warranty services were all combined with CR and it became the CCC). We were outsourced to a third party company in 2010 and I was laid off, and I’m curious about what it’s like now-anyone had any good, bad, or just interesting experiences with the CCC? I used to have to contact stores pretty regularly to resolve issues and I always got a very mixed response from partners-some were grateful that we were trying to handle a difficult customer, but many were very suspicious and kind of rude and seemed to feel we were out to get them somehow. So what’s it like these days?
