Hot Bar Drinks Question! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey!
I was wondering if I could get some help remembering what all the hot drinks with modifications are. I get confused on the drinks that don't follow the normal recipe/rules.
Ex. Blonde espresso gets 1 pump less of syrup
Ex. Macchiatos get 1 pump less of syrup
Ex. Americanos get 1 extra shot

tbh I haven't given blonde drinks less syrup for ages. they're mostly Americanos so idk if I've actually made it wrong or but I def don't remember purposely doing less pumps

Flat whites get an extra shot and they’re ristretto. It also gets whole milk. If someone wants syrup in their cappuccino, it gets one less pump than standard.

If you have the older espresso machines ristretto shots only pull in twos.

Latte macchiato gets an extra shot & it’s made with whole milk. Similar to flat white minus the ristretto option.

You are correct, because of the lighter flavors of the blonde espresso, you put in one less pump of sweeter. Typing it into order taking will adjust the amount of pumps for you.
