I just had a $70 order in drive thru with 3 grilled cheese, 4 croissants, a banana loaf, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 Frappuccinos, and other things. That is all.

At my old store there was a woman who for about 2 weeks straight would come in and make a 60-80$ order through drive during our lunch rush. a plethora of flat whites, flavoured lattes, and customized coffees and a bunch of assorted pastries, different every time. worst part was she had a horrible attitude and was on her phone in her car bluetooth from the order point to as soon as she drove away and would give us MORE attitude whenever we repeated stuff to her to make sure it was right.

the other night we had a $58ish order that were 10 drinks total including fraps and all of the drinks were modified in some shape or form. I don’t understand why there isn’t a limit

Im not a huge fan of the mobile order aspect either. Makes her think it'll be ready the moment she arrives. Maybe the best solution would be coming inside, and seeing all of the baristas running around trying to get her order together would make her understand

My last store was so busy we cut them off. They couldn’t order big orders. We cut them off at 8 drinks and if the food got too much we would tell them they would have to come inside. We had a corporate sign that told them in the drive thru warning them. This store isn’t as busy but we are kinda busy and it’s located by whole bunch of office buildings. And legit peoples orders will be so expensive thru the drive I question why they just don’t go have a nice breakfast somewhere when it’s just for a family. Lol
