My mastrena is making a ringing sound and where the water drains, it’s so hot that it looks like it’s smoking. Should I call it in? Will it explode and I die? Maybe?

It depends. Do you weigh being told its fine after calling it in as worse than dying in an espresso-flavoured explosion? You do work for Starbucks after all.

I wish I worked for corporate Starbucks, I work at a licensed one and they never fix anything for us, we’re completely understaffed and they finally fixed our water after it was broken for 4 months and now the mastrena is acting up.

Yes that’s something to do with the boiler was what we were told when that happened at my store.
