It’s not a pan. It’s a pitcher.
shroomiedoo 3 points 3y ago
It looks like a pan
GeorgeCJ46 12 points 3y ago
it’s a big pitcher for making mocha
Mynameis2cool4u 28 points 3y ago
My coworker occasionally uses the tablets for the espresso machine and leaves it to soak for a while. it really helps clean/clear up the pitcher and utensils. They become very clear again.
Schweddy_Bewbs 6 points 3y ago
My god, such clearness. Ours is so scratched and opaque.
spaceybarista 5 points 3y ago
Feel the same way with the blenders.
boxinghamster16 2 points 3y ago
We just got 1 new blender and it looks so nice next to the older one 😂
connorthompson2 3 points 3y ago
Wow I’m pretty new to Starbucks and I’ve never seen a new one it’s so pretty. That damn mocha powder really murks those poor pitchers
heyHoe207 2 points 3y ago
It's the little things🥰🥰
convulsivedaisy 1 points 3y ago
Keep it clean by making mocha in cubes! Just use the pitcher for water, it’s all I’ve known to do at my store. Even call it a water pitcher. We use it only for ensuring the water for various things and to clean ice bins. Skinny mocha can be made in the 2L pitchers. Idk what other stores do 🤷🏻‍♀️

The real question here is how you guys have like 4 toddys we have one are you kidding me
convulsivedaisy 6 points 3y ago
The demand is different. We make between 1-4 at night. Usually 2. It just depends but cold brew is v popular at my store. We have nitro too sooo yeah
kitcatkieran 2 points 3y ago
omg we have 10 toddys and brew almost 6 every day, im jealous of your 2😭😭😭 i hate making cold brew omg
convulsivedaisy 1 points 3y ago
Big oof. Where is your store? And I guess the most we could do is 5 I think lol. We’re just a smaller Midwest town and our store is off of a busy hwy

Restroom cleaner along the sides and bottom + hot/warm water, let sit for a while, dump, scrub (with gloves), rinse, wash, rinse, wash, rinse, wash, rinse, Hobart/sanitize!
Wasabi-ragga -5 points 3y ago
You're not supposed to mix the mocha in that container. Use the metal container. Firstly pour the water in the pitcher (1 L) then slowly pour mocha in while simultaneously mixing the mocha in the water.
convulsivedaisy 13 points 3y ago
What metal container
mango_drango 4 points 3y ago
What metal container?
Cocoa_Beanz 3 points 3y ago
What metal container??
caerenan 2 points 3y ago
It’s looks like a steam pitcher but has more measurements on it. You use it to measure the amount of water for the mocha and frap roast. I’ve never seen the big clear pitcher posted here and have no idea what it’s purpose is.
Cocoa_Beanz 3 points 3y ago
We don't have those at my store but that does sound super handy. I was under the impression that all stores use these plastic pitchers for mocha and frap roast but apparently not. I might look into getting these metal ones you speak of, because they do seem like they'd be much easier to clean. Thank you :)
caerenan 2 points 3y ago
I’m still curious about the plastic pictures though....is that their only purpose...to mix those two things in? And the metal ones are smaller but more practical in my opinion because they don’t stain and then can be soaked in urnex with the other metal items overnight to be sanitized. They might be less practical at your store if they don’t come in bigger sizes if you have to make larger amounts each day.

Little restroom cleaner and a white scrubby makes it look brand new :)
mango_drango 31 points 3y ago
Please don’t use restroom cleaner on surfaces that contact food :)
benyjair 2 points 3y ago
Okay yeah true and all, but can i used multi surface cleaner (blue) and let it sit with hot water?

It's just bleach. The whole point of restroom cleaner is that it kills germs.
mx_princezz86 -11 points 3y ago
Our store manager encourages us to use the bleach on stained pitchers, tea shakers, etc..
manjari825 -2 points 3y ago

BrOKen0318 5 points 3y ago
It’s not a Pan it’s a pitcher
