Told me to go on dishes after SL said I could stay on bar, once bar got backed up, he asked if there was anyone else to help and SL said there was me so I went out to help, he told me to go back on dishes.

He kept track of my time, asking what time I left, I said uhh 4:10 I don’t know? Bc I didn’t think it was his business but then he told me I needed to keep track of my time and told me how many minutes I had left twice, 8 minutes apart.

When I was leaving he got onto another female barista and I interjected that she could say I’ll be right with you when she had to stop to warm food and called me by the wrong name and told me he was training her. Mind you this girl is out of training.

I didn’t know other baristas were supposed to be concerned with others times I thought that was reserved for shift leads since SL already told me when I should leave. I also thought we were a team and that’s why I interjected what I say to customers as a suggestion when warming food but he shot that down as well.

I don’t care if you don’t like me but you gotta work with me dude! He’s been the person that’s seemed to not like me since day one and today was just too annoying. Would you talk to a SL or SM about this if it were you?
