I'm contemplating moving to Arizona, however I know that employer's aren't required to give you a break or meal. Is this true for Starbucks located there as well?

The break policy is company-wide so you do receive your breaks and lunches as you would at any other corporate starbucks- can’t speak for any licensed stores though

You definitely need to get a meal in AZ. All of my employers have gotten in trouble if I didn’t.
The break is iffy. A lot of other baristas don’t take it. I take my break, Target has enough money, they can afford my 15 minutes.
