i called the store i was transferring too and she said that she's good to approve me. i'm only transferring at the end of september but i do want to meet her and check out the store and stuff.
i'm about 70 miles away from there. is it ok to ask her if i can come meet in person one day or something? i want to let her know about my skills (that i can both open and close and have experience) and for her to get to know me a little bit.

is it appropriate to call the store and ask her that? what should i ask her

That’s fine. Just tell her you’d like to stop by some time in the next few days when she has time to show you around and chat for a few minutes. She’s probably just as eager to meet you.

I've called her like 5ish times already to get her store info for the transfer info and then to see if all my transfer paperwork stuff went thru.
Would i be too pushy or annoying for calling AGAIN?

Maybe give it a day or two, but no, it wouldn’t be pushy or annoying. Are you able to be there Monday morning after 10 am? That’s usually a good time for a short chat at most stores.

Definitely go in and give her a face to your name. You'll also get to see the store and start familiarizing yourself with partners/setup of the store.
A call ahead isn't totally necessary but if you really want to just call and ask when a good time to come in and meet her.

is it awkward to just show up at the store and look around if the manager isnt there? cuz they wont know im a transfer necessarily

Just go there, present yourself, explain as to why you came for, and visit. They’ll let you, and you have the right to. Why couldn’t you anyways
