Hi! I just went to check what hours I’m working tomorrow and I noticed the Teamworks app isn’t on my phone anymore. I don’t think i deleted it or anything, does anyone know what’s up?

There's an updated app that replaced it. You have to download the Hub app again and get the new app through AppCafe.

Do we download it from google play or the Apple store? Or we find the the QR code? I’ve managed to download the app from a QR code that was printed out when I was recently hired a few months ago

Hub can be found in the play store or apple store, and you'll need the same QR Code to get AppCafe. You should be able to see the new app from there

The same thing happened to me last night when I went to screenshot my schedule and I was like damn, did Starbucks hack my phone? Lmao
