it really comes down to the best way you learn, but for me I found it the most beneficial to just jump right into it, learn the most common drinks first and I found myself learning the more complex drinks through watching other baristas. don't stress yourself out too much and just help where you can while still trying to learn a little more each shift

Im a green bean and i found it was easiest to just jump in and learn as i went. On my first shift I got the hang of teas, refreshers, iced coffees, and cold brews. I feel like these are the easiest drinks to start out with. (esp teas and refreshers since the shaker cup has all the measurements on it already.) just do your best and dont be afraid to ask other baristas questions
