WHAT?!?!?! It’s been a day for me I had an old man yell at me that he wanted a vanilla iced coffee with half and Half and screen kept showing cream 🤦🏻♀️😭
Then I had someone order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no dairy and extraaa sweet cream! I explained how sweet cream was made and they were dead serious on the no dairy . 15 minutes later they decide they don’t want it I wanted to die!! Rant over 🥺

We get at least one customer a day who orders “(some latte) with cream and sugar” only a handful of times have I had the response after explaining what a latte is of “I just want a latte with cream and sugar” after asking if they’d like the whole drink made with cream and how many sugars they would like “no ones ever asked me these questions, can I just get a latte with cream and sugar” ok Karen one grande breve one sugar latte coming up.
