You know what blew my mind? We had 3 people running happy hour WE were the ones going through the discount not working then us trying to keep up with the drinks and people were so mean. Like helllloooooo we’re the ones going through it... you literally just got a free drink... we’re sweating.... you waiting in your car...

We did a system update to fix the happy hour problem and then our POS froze. All of them. Then the tickets started coming out of order or not coming at all, or double printing. All while on a 3 play. It was an actual dumpster fire.

Our district manager told us to just put a 100 percent discount on the second drink 🗿

they roll in the dough while all of us struggle w a system that never works.

If it makes you feel better, my store’s 24 hours. We had to deal with it all the way up until midnight. And somehow we have to try and break down the entire store with just 3 of us now
