Hi all, I work at a Tarbux and I’ve been there since May and I’m opening by myself for the first time and I’ve realized no one taught me how to make whipped cream... please help.

1. 8 pumps vanilla syrup into a metal pitcher (the 2. one with the max line) 3. Whipping cream up to the max line 4. Pour it into the whip cream canister 5. Put on the lid (make sure there is a rubber 6. insert in the lid as well) 7. Screw on your knob with a co2 thing in it 8. Shake four times upright 9. Set it on its side and day dot it 10. Shake eight times (I think) upside down It should be all set then !

That’s pretty much exactly it. The longer it’s on it’s side before you take the co2 cartridge the better I’ve found too.

Yeah generally, if I don’t need the whips ASAP, I start those first and then when they’re on there side I’d do *all* my other prep, then date em
