I honestly drink whatever. I said whiskey as it suits the narrative best.
- Cheap beer (Busch Lite, Miller Lite, etc)
- Mid-quality spirits (Captain Morgan or Vodka with diet)
- Woodford Reserve Whiskey is pretty good for whiskey. Although I don't mind an ordinary bottle of Jack Daniels.
Just gotta be careful. Can't enjoy the sauce every day or it leads to trouble and makes life a lot more difficult. But every few weeks, I like to partake. Guiness is a treat. I love a dry stout and it doesn't have too many carbs if you're having one or two. Then switch to lite beer.
