I worked at a Tarbucks and we would use both machines to pull shots and steam milk. At my corporate store, the buttons are broken and the only option that works is pulling 2 shots. It’s also very unpredictable and we have to pull into shot glasses and not the cups directly because the times can be so off.

The WORST thing that no one at my store has been able to explain to me is why we are only allowed to steam milk on one of the machines. Both wands work, but I got in trouble for steaming on both machines and I have no idea why. Is this normal? All these factors are throwing my rhythm waaaayyyy off I hate it!
