Uggh this is my manager. We get like 6-8 people in the mornings when he's around and at night we get 2-3 and are always understaffed.

Store manager told me in two weeks we are staying open an hour later and will be a two partner play for the last open hour... it’s not unusual for us to have an eight partner play in the morning

Woah! Fr? We’re actually cutting back and closing early since it’ll be getting dark quicker. Also that’s a drastic difference: 8 for morning and 2 for night?

Just today my manager had like 8 people scheduled for the morning and only two people scheduled from 8-10, one of whom is well known to be almost entirely worthless. A more experienced partner traded shifts with him and the overnight shift came in early just to make sure the whole evening was bust and the overnight shift didnt start off totally horrible.

Inside a massive world renowned hospital. We are 24/7. If the hospital is open we are open. Im getting holiday pay tomorrow.
