One of my leads has a massive crush on one of our regulars. Every time he comes in everyone does everything in their power to get her face time with him. It's kind of ridiculous if I'm totally honest. Personally I'm not sure if I'd ever date a customer. Is it against the rules to ask a customer out? Are there rules about things like this???

Im not sure if its against the rules but if its causing an issue due to how far they'll go to get time with them to the point its affecting their work then that itself could be an issue that needs to be addressed.

Honestly I can’t answer that, but at my store we call customers we have crushes on “crushtomers” lol.
