Hi all, my manager threw me on an early shift and we have cold brew done. I need to make a keg. The other girl with me is new. We know the water needs to be chilled, but what’s the ratio of water to cold brew for a keg??

5 liters cold water 5 liters of cold brew
If the water is not already chilled then to make it you do 4 liters of water, 2 liters of ice & whisk it until the ice melts :)

Pro tip: fill a toddy with ice water and pour 5 liters of water from that instead of whisking it!
