3 is foam, 4 is for dense foam. So cloud is blended on 4, every other foam on 3 unless its being stubborn. Then you try 4 if it doesnt foam up haha

3 for cold foam and 4 for cloud. It may not seem like an important difference but if you do it the other way around you may get stuck with a super soggy heavy cloud drink or a super stiff needs-to-be-scooped-from-the-blender cold foam.

However, there are some times where swtiching them around may be beneficial. For example, if your sweet cream was made incorrectly and pumpkin cold foam sinks through to the bottom of the cold brew, blending on 4 wikl help with that.

The only foam that gets blended on 4 is cloud foam. Please read your recipe cards.

3 if it's going in cold brew. 4 if it's in an espresso beverage.

They are very different if you follow recipes :) (that sounds kinda rude, but I promise I don’t mean it that way lol)
