After the shooting that happened in west Texas, she contacted me and the other partners to make sure we were okay. I came into work today and she brought food for us. The DM came in as well and the SM is also getting support partners to come in tomorrow to have listening sessions. I’m glad I have an SM that cares.

I had the most amazing store manager before she was fired but my horrible DM. My DM only cares about numbers, and if you’re store isn’t performing he will look for any excuse to get a manager fired. Already took two down.
