The update went live a little while ago. The policy is also not to accept orders in-store with more than 12 of something, too (I.e. no more than 12 shots, pumps, etc...).

So out of curiosity, is it no more than 12 pumps all together (say, vanilla+hazelnut) or no more than 12 per syrup?

Good. Someone named Jan mobiled a 25 ristretto shot with 14 pumps of white mocha. It barely fit in a venti hot cup

The app has been like this for over a month for me. I hate this because I legitimately order my drinks with over 12 pumps of syrup 😭
