^ I had to call support bc my numbers wouldn’t let me assign a til or even log on. I spent like an hour on hold but got everything working. def give them a call!

Glad you got it worked out! Was it something to do with an unfinished hire? I used to work in the PCC but it’s been a few years-that’s randomly what comes to mind with that issue and I’m curious if I’m remembering correctly. Something to do with onboarding.

I’m not sure because I never got a call saying that they fixed it, I sort of just tried one day and it worked lol. The lady on the phone said they had experienced this issue before but didn’t elaborate on what the issue was.

The same problem happened to be when I first started. It's either your sm's fault out the company's. It has to do with all of your info not going completely through yet. Don't worry, your number will start working soon. I think it was about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks when my number started working.

Call EHD and we can escalate it for you to get it fixed. Also, in MPI under "partner card" you can try using the number it gives you for mark outs. If it doesn't work i'd definitely call and we can give you codes to use at the register for discounts and mark outs.
