Quit. The partners that don’t work as a team drag everyone else down.

We are called partners because we work together... you don’t have to think this is the most amazing place on earth but if you hate it then leave.

How do you know that OP isn't a team player?

LMAO you guys. You can hate your job and still be a hard worker, good at what you do, and there for your fellow partners.

I mean we’re given stock so we are actually “partners” in the company, at least that’s what I was told part of the reasoning is. If you don’t rely on the benefits, then I would suggest you quit because that is the redeeming part of working at Starbucks

At a previous job, we were called human capital.
I don't know why you're so bent out of shape about a company trying to be a little warmer to their employees.

You do have a point.

it's all PR, don't listen to these zombies hehehe. The fact that you don't like that term doesn't make you anything less or not a team player. I'm with you, it's weird. But remember, Starbucks likes to paint the picture of "we're all equal, bLah blH blAh" when in fact, that ain't true lol
