So, I wemt to pick up my tips yesterday and was handed a couple of papers and was told I will be having 1:1 with the SM just to see how my skills are and overall just to check in.
I started back in June of 2019 and I feel pretty confident; although I know I have to work on speed and sequencing. But I'm super nervous that I'm going to mess up. Has anyone ever heard of this at other stores? I'm not the only one cuz I see the newer baristas having their 1:1s on the schedule.
Any tips/cheat sheets I can study up on? LOL... I feel like I'm going to a final exam🤮😵

This one on one is just to see how you are feeling at the store. It isn’t like a quiz or anything! Don’t stress it! They’re just checking in on their baristas, how they feel with the SM, their fellow baristas, their confidence on certain thing, all of that. Just checking in! All will be okay. It’s like a 10 minute talk with them to express how you’re doing with the store!
