I really hope I don’t fuck it up cause I never open and I have run an opening shift from 5-10:30 I think is when the second key holder comes in and takes over. Anyone have any tips ??

Just be clear on your deployment for your partner's and stay calm, you've got this!!

If it's during peak, really think of the barista you have. Put then in their strongest position. Remember to switch it up before or after peak. People do get tired of being on bar all day. Make sure you are in a position where you can be flexible and keep an eye on the entire store.
