1. did you get on floor training? if not, let a supervisor know that you need more training on the floor, esp on bar.
2. it's totally fine to ask questions. most supervisors understand ur new and want to help. so when in doubt ask questions.
3. it took me over six months to "pick up things". i really could not do SHIT. i wasn't trained properly, couldnt make drinks, and was slow everywhere. you just have to get used to it and that takes time. wait it out! i did, and it got so SO much better

It takes time to get comfortable with things! October will be a year since I started and just in the last few months did I start feeling super comfortable on bar. Some catch on faster, but I wasn't trained well (at a different store than my own) so I started at a disadvantage and it really took time for me. Don't stress it too much- you're new and not expected to know everything/do everything correctly.
